I'm here to answer all your questions about public speaking coaching, what to expect from speaking and social confidence sessions, how to book, and more.

Questions about Speaking Skills sessions

Speaking Skills sessions are meant for people who want to become a more confident public speaker. They are more practice-heavy as I help prepare for a particular speaking engagement, work with the camera, get confident with impromptu speaking, and such.

Social Confidence sessions are meant for people with social anxiety who're having difficulties navigating day-to-day social situations. These include communicating with colleagues at work, making new connections, speaking on online calls, and such.
Speaking Skills sessions focus on techniques and exercises that can help you become a better speaker, no matter the occasion. During our first free call, we will discuss your goals, timeframe, and current challenges, so I could personalise your learning path. These sessions are practice-heavy, so expect to speak a lot.

Learn more about Speaking Sessions
The overall goal is to turn you into a confident speaker who can successfully deliver their message through public speaking. This includes learning to control and use your voice and body language, engage with the audience, feel confident on stage of any size, adjust your message and presentation, nail impromptu speaking, and more.

The individual goals will depend on your baseline and the number of sessions - the longer we work together, the more areas we can cover.
No two sessions are the same, even with the same client, as I tailor them for optimal results. However, you can expect a combination of practical tips, particular skill drilling, speaking exercises, mock-up presentations, and such. You will also learn some basics of the psychology of public speaking to help you extrapolate to a variety of speaking situations.
Depends on the initial challenge you come to address.

On average, after 2-3 sessions, you're likely to gain confidence speaking in one particular situation (e.g. passing job interviews or closing clients or making YouTube videos).

5-6 sessions may help you master harder skills, like impromptu speaking, or to prepare for a big-stage talk.

If you come to solve more complex challenges, including stage fright or strong speaking anxiety, it will likely take longer than a few sessions. But I do believe that anyone can become a decent public speaker, no matter their starting point.
Absolutely. I can help you better understand the nature of your anxiety or fear and learn to mitigate the negative effects. The first few sessions will be a bit more theory-heavy because it's important to rationalise and normalise how you feel. Then, we'll begin practicing with familiar and less stressful speaking situations and will eventually progress to being able to speak to anyone.

I do recommend to take at least 6 sessions to tackle speaking challenges like anxiety or stage fright at a regular pace of at least 1 session a week.
For most people, the difference will be massive. A good public speaking course can teach you a great deal about the theory of public speaking, introduce presentation and speech writing best practices, suggest exercises to do. But it can't do two very important things:

First, it can't be tailored to your particular situation - most speaking courses will contain more general public speaking advice, and your questions/issues may not be addressed.

Second, they can't assess how well you perform the speaking exercises and provide personalised feedback.

If you're serious about becoming a good public speaker, I would recommend first taking the course, and then hiring a public speaking coach.
I will be happy to guide aspiring TED speakers and help them become a more confident speaker in general. However, TED has particular requirements to their speakers and pitches, so I would recommend you to research coaches who specialise in this field.

Questions about Social Confidence sessions

Social Confidence sessions are meant for people with social anxiety who're having difficulties navigating day-to-day social situations. These include communicating with colleagues at work, making new connections, speaking on online calls, and such.

For anyone who feels like they're missing out on opportunities and fun experiences due to their social anxiety or shyness.
No two sessions are the same, even with the same client, as I tailor them for optimal results. However, you can expect to begin with a bit of chit-chat to get you more comfortable, then a discussion of something that's been bothering you or an issue you want to address or a social situation you're most keen to begin to enjoy. The second half of a session will be dedicated to practicing speaking and drilling little tricks that aim to bring you confidence.
Depends on the initial challenge you come to address.

On average, after 2-3 sessions, you're likely to gain confidence in one particular situation (e.g. meeting new people or speaking during work meetings).

5-6 sessions may help you learn to control the physical response like shaking hands or trembling voice.

If you come to solve more complex challenges, including stage fright or strong speaking or social anxiety, it will likely take longer than a few sessions.
Yes, that's the ultimate goal. I can help you better understand the nature of your anxiety or fear and learn to mitigate the negative effects. The first few sessions will be a bit more theory-heavy because it's important to rationalise and normalise how you feel. Then, you'll practice speaking in various situations to feel more prepared and confident.

I do recommend to take at least 6 sessions to tackle anxiety or stage fright at a regular pace of at least 1 session a week.
I will tell you a story about how I messed up or embarrassed myself. No one is born a great speaker of Mister/Miss Confidence, but we're here to turn you into one. Every negative experience is a fantastic learning opportunity. Plus, our sessions will be 1:1 so no one will know.
I will be happy to help you figure out why you're feeling this way. We will work together through the psychology of public speaking and social dynamics, try to remember your past social and speaking experience, learn how to work with the audiences of various sizes and intentions, practice speaking and looking confident.

However, I'm not a licensed therapist, so I may not be able to help with deeper trauma or managing a particular condition beyond social anxiety.

Questions about my services, prices, and what to expect

If you need urgent help with a particular skill or speaking engagement, book a one-off session here. On the same page, you can also book a 30-minute free call if you want to first discuss your situation and receive a custom learning plan from me.

You can also send me a DM.
I offer both. Single sessions are great of you just need a bit of practice or quick tips or some general feedback you can work on yourself.

If you want to practice regularly, I recommend you to sign up for a package. First, they save you money as I offer discounts for packages. Second, knowing how much time we have together will help me create a more personalised learning path for you. Third, you will likely to feel more determined and ready to make changes if you commit to a package.

Don't worry, you'll have whole 3 months to use the sessions in the packages.
It's $100 for a Speaking Skills session and $150 for a Social Confidence session. Every session is 75 minutes.

You can also book a package of 3, 6, or 9 sessions at a discount. Packages with prices are listed here.
Social Confidence sessions generally require more personalised approach to deeply understand your situation and challenges. This means more background work on my part before and after every session to ensure I offer you the best approach to solving the issue.

Improving speaking skills is usually a bit more straightforward once we figure out the key challenge, so I usually need less time to make these sessions just as tailored to your situation.
For one-off session, you will need to pay in advance while you're booking it. I use Stripe, an easy and secure option that supports various types of online payments (subject to your country regulations).

For packages, you can choose to pay via Stripe, direct bank transfer, or online Revolut payment link.
For one-off sessions, no. I encourage you to book a free call with me if you want to make sure there's a personality/experience/vibe match.

For packages, I offer an option to pay in installments: pay the first session in advance, pay the rest after the first session. If you don't wish to continue, I cancel the remaining balance to pay.
Choose Speaking Skills (more practice) if you want to become a more confident speaker, gain speaking experience, learn to work with a camera or how to engage an audience.

Choose Social Confidence (more theory and self-reflection) if you want to learn how to manage social and speaking anxiety, find courage to speak up and connect with people, feel more comfortable in various social and corporate situations.
Expect to make noticeable progress. I tailor every session to your requirements, challenges, and interests, so they will be personalised and very fun.

Speaking Skills sessions are more practice-heavy, so you will be talking a lot and doing a variety of exercises aimed to help you improve your speaking and presentation skills.

Social Confidence sessions will include a bit more talking about your past experiences and feelings, self-reflection, imagining different scenarios and working our solutions to make you more comfortable in various settings.
Upon your request. If you're happy to dedicate time between sessions to practice, I will develop the resources to help you reinforce what we cover during our sessions. They will consist of exercises to drill, videos to watch, some reading material, and small tasks, like recording yourself giving a speech.

While taking homework will likely help you achieve your speaking goals faster, I will not force you to commit to it if you don't think you'll be able to find time.
At the moment, I only offer online sessions.

If you're in Europe and want to discuss in-person intensive training, send me a DM.
At the moment, I only offer 1:1 online sessions.

If you're in Europe and want to discuss organising an in-person or online group training, send me a DM.
Having 75-minute long sessions allows us to have an hour of pure learning with some time to spare for other things. For instance, I like to begin the sessions with a little chit-chat to help you relax and get in the right mood for the learning and practicing. In the end, I like to save a bit of time for questions or session reflection.
You will likely have some food for thought or tips to try after the first session already. However, individual results will depend on the challenge your come to address and your baseline.

2-3 sessions may help you gain an easier skill (e.g., working with a camera or improving the clarity of speech) or prepare for a particular speaking event, like getting ready for an important job interview or developing strategies for efficient networking.

More complex challenges or skill may require more time to master. I will be able to recommend a number of sessions after our first free call.
Yes, it really helps if you already know what problem you want to solve or what skill you want to gain.

But if you don't - no worries, we'll figure out the best action plan for you together.

Questions about your situation and how I can help

I will be happy to guide aspiring TED speakers and help them become a more confident speaker in general. However, TED has particular requirements to their speakers and pitches, so I would recommend you to research coaches who specialise in this field.
I will be happy to help you figure out why you're feeling this way. Most likely. We will work together on figuring out what went wrong the last time and how you can ensure it doesn't happen again. The sessions will focus on hadnling worst-case scenarios and practicing impromptu speaking so you feel prepared.
Of course! We'll start with the fundamentals and build your skills step by step. You'll have a lot of fun!
Well, I'm an introvert. So I'm gonna go with "absolutely!". Being a great speaker is about leveraging your strong suits and gaining a few core skills anyone can learn with a bit of dedication.

However, if you feel like your introversion is closer to speaking/social anxiety, I recommend you sign up for Social Confidence sessions first, so we could get to know each other better and create a safer practice environment for you.
What a coincidence, English isn't my first language either! I've walked in your shoes, and I know how much more intimidating it is to be a non-native speaker in a native speaker environment.

I can help you improve the clarity of speech and accent, learn to be more confident with impromptu speaking, deal with difficult audiences, and turn being a non-native speaker into an advantage.

Although, please note, I do not teach English per se. Our sessions will be more focused on becoming an efficient communicator rather then learning new words or correcting grammatical mistakes.
Let's find out. If you're aware of some areas you could improve, tell me, and I'll tailor our sessions to target weaker skills. If you want to practice before an important speaking engagement, I can also help you with that. If there are new skills you want to learn, like working with a camera or working with bigger audiences, I could teach you a thing or two.

In any case, I suggest you book a free call to see if I'm the right person to help you right now.
